  • 2 cups Black Beans Canned, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Onion Chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth
Spices
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 2 tablespoons Chili Powder

Cooking Instructions
  1. Begin by peeling and dicing your sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Chop the onion and mince the garlic to release their incredible flavors.
  2. Layer the diced sweet potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot, followed by the black beans, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
  3. Sprinkle the cumin and chili powder generously over the ingredients, then pour the vegetable broth on top.
  4. Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
  5. Once cooked, give the chili a good stir to blend all the flavors together beautifully.
  6. Ladle your hearty chili into bowls, and top it with slices of creamy avocado or a sprinkle of cheese if desired.
