- In a small bowl, blend garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mince the garlic, chop the sun-dried tomatoes, and grate the Parmesan cheese. Roughly chop the fresh basil.
- Pat the pork chops dry, coat them evenly in the seasoning blend, and dredge in flour.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter with olive oil and sear the pork chops for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Lower the heat and add minced garlic and Italian seasoning to the pan. Cook for 30 seconds, then stir in reserved flour to thicken the sauce.
- Pour in white wine and chicken stock, stirring to deglaze the pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, and Parmesan, continuing to mix until thickened.
- Return the pork chops to the pan and let simmer for 5-6 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve with sauce drizzled over the top and garnish with chopped basil.
