For the Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Butter Or use dairy-free butter or olive oil.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth Vegetable broth as a substitute.
For Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Cooking Instructions
  1. Season the chicken breasts or thighs with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth and honey, stirring to combine.
  4. Reduce heat and let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes, coating the chicken.
  5. For a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with cold water and stir into the mixture until desired consistency is reached.
  6. Plate the chicken and pour the buttery sauce over it, garnishing with parsley or cheese, if desired.
