How to Make
  1. Begin by rinsing your 12 oz of fresh cranberries under cold water. Discard any that feel soft or damaged.
  2. Remove the stems from the 2 medium jalapeños and chop them into small pieces.
  3. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix together cranberries, chopped jalapeños, sugar, apple cider vinegar, and finely chopped red onion. Stir well to combine.
  4. Allow the mixture to simmer for 10-15 minutes until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.
  5. Add a pinch of salt after simmering and adjust the sweetness or spice level as desired.
  6. Let the relish cool before transferring it into jars. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
