How to Make Turkey Taco Skillet
  1. Heat the Oil: Pour olive oil into a large skillet and warm it over medium heat.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: Add diced onions and minced garlic to the skillet, sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Cook the Turkey: Incorporate the ground turkey, cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add Veggies and Seasoning: Toss in bell peppers and sprinkle the taco seasoning, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Mix in Tomatoes and Beans: Pour in diced tomatoes and black beans, stir and let simmer for 5 minutes.
