For the Honey Butter Glaze
  • 0.5 cups Unsalted Butter Do not substitute with margarine.
  • 0.5 cups Honey Choose preferred brand.

How to Make Honey Butter Chicken
  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Toss the chicken in the flour mixture until thoroughly covered.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same pan, reduce heat to medium, melt unsalted butter, then add honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Stir until bubbly, about 2 minutes.
  5. Return chicken to the pan, stirring gently for about a minute to coat the chicken with the glaze. Serve hot.
