How to Make Refreshing Crisp Green Juice
- Prep Ingredients: Start by washing your fresh celery and green apples under cold water. Trim off the ends of the celery and core the apples to get ready for blending.
- Chop: Cut the celery into smaller pieces and quarter the apples for easier blending. Aim for uniform sizes for a smoother texture.
- Blend: In a blender, combine the chopped celery, apple quarters, ginger (if using), lemon juice, and filtered water. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
- Strain (Optional): If you prefer a pulp-free juice, pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl or pitcher, gently pressing to extract all the liquid.
- Chill or Serve: You can either pour your fresh juice over ice or chill it in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve.
