- Gather Ingredients: Assemble all the necessary ingredients.
- Juice Clementines: Cut the clementines in half and squeeze to yield about 1 cup of fresh juice.
- Muddle Mint: Place mint leaves in a blender or pitcher and muddle gently until oils are released.
- Blend Mix: Combine clementine juice, spirulina powder, honey or agave syrup, and water or coconut water. Blend until smooth.
- Serve: Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the mixture over them.
