- Wash all your fresh produce thoroughly to remove any impurities. Halve the Meyer lemons, squeezing out the juice while discarding the seeds. Chop the pineapple into bite-sized chunks for easy blending.
- In your trusty blender, combine the refreshing pineapple, fresh spinach or kale, spirulina powder, and coconut water. Blend for about 1 minute until you achieve a smooth and vibrant mixture.
- Pour in the freshly squeezed lemon juice from the Meyer lemons. Blend for just a few seconds to combine the flavors beautifully.
