How to Make Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Shrimp
  1. Thaw your shrimp. If using frozen shrimp, thaw them in the fridge overnight or place them under cold running water for about 10 minutes. Once thawed, pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  2. Combine the ingredients. In a large mixing bowl, toss your dried shrimp with minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Ensure each shrimp is evenly coated for maximum flavor.
  3. Add Parmesan. Sprinkle freshly grated parmesan cheese over the shrimp mixture, then toss again to ensure the delicious cheese adheres to each piece.
  4. Preheat your air fryer. Set it to 400°F (200°C) and allow it to heat for about 5 minutes.
  5. Cook the shrimp. Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the shrimp turn golden and opaque.
