Preparation
- Start by cleaning and cutting the broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- Peel and thinly slice the garlic cloves.
Cooking
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the broccoli and cauliflower to the hot skillet, stir-fry for about 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add the garlic for the last minute.
