Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by cleaning and cutting the broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  2. Peel and thinly slice the garlic cloves.
Cooking

  2. Add the broccoli and cauliflower to the hot skillet, stir-fry for about 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  3. Add the garlic for the last minute.
  4. Drizzle in the soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing to coat.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
