Preparation
- Chop baby potatoes, bell peppers, and onions into bite-sized pieces, then mince the garlic.
- In a mixing bowl, coat the steak with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
- Cut large pieces of aluminum foil and place a handful of the chopped potatoes in the center of each.
- Layer the bell peppers and onions on top of the potatoes.
- Add the seasoned steak on top of the veggies.
- Fold the foil to create sealed packets, making sure they are tightly wrapped.
- Preheat the grill or oven to 400°F and cook the packets for about 25-30 minutes.
- Unwrap the packets carefully and enjoy hot, optionally garnishing with fresh parsley.
