How to Make
- Rinse the cranberries under cold water, ensuring to remove any stems or spoiled berries.
- Combine the cranberries, granulated sugar, freshly squeezed orange juice, water, ground cinnamon, and freshly grated nutmeg in a medium saucepan.
- Boil the mixture over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until most cranberries have burst.
- Cool the relish in the pan after removing it from heat until it’s completely cooled.
- Refrigerate by transferring the cooled relish into an airtight container.
