How to Make Zesty Refreshing Green Juice
  1. Rinse fresh spinach leaves thoroughly under cold water, then juice the lemon and peel/chop the ginger into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine the vibrant spinach, freshly squeezed lemon juice, chopped ginger, and about 1 cup of water or coconut water.
  3. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until the mixture reaches a smooth consistency.
  4. For an ultra-smooth juice, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to separate any pulp.
  5. Take a moment to taste your juice and adjust flavors.
