  1. Prepare Fruits: Start by peeling the kiwis, tangerines, and orange. Remove any skins and seeds to ensure a smooth blend.
  2. Chop & Slice: Cut the kiwis into quarters, then break the tangerines and oranges into smaller segments.
  3. Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the chopped fruits with the Greek yogurt. Optionally, add spinach for a nutrient boost.
  4. Sweeten & Chill: Add honey or maple syrup and toss in the ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
  5. Taste Adjustment: After blending, taste your smoothie. Adjust sweetness or thickness as necessary.
