- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the salmon fillet into 1-inch cubes and place them in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then add furikake seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss gently to coat the salmon evenly.
- Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Ensure the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F and flakes easily with a fork.
- Transfer the salmon bites to a serving platter and optionally sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve with a squeeze of lemon.
